Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We have a 90-day home trial return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility requirements:

Item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at hello(at)paxhomegoods.com with the reason for your return. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
If your return is accepted:

We’ll schedule the shipping of the item back to us.

We will provide the return shipping labels and further instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please contact us immediately if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Many of our products are handmade and handcrafted; slight inconsistencies or imperfections are natural and part of supporting artisans and small businesses worldwide.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Other exclusions:

Sale items.

Gift cards.
Exchanges

During the 90-day trial period, items may be returned for a refund (see Refunds below).

After the trial period, returns are eligible for store credit or product exchanges. Please contact hello(at)paxhomegoods.com for exchange requests.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
