We offer decor for life, we know it takes time to really cozy up to a new piece. We’re so confident our pillows will be a curated addition to your home that we’d love to give you 90 days to decide. If the pillow doesn't fit the style, let us know and we'll make it right.
After our 90 day home trial we’d love to extend the opportunity to offer store credit or exchanges.
We commit to shipping every order for free within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Once shipped, you can expect your order within 2-6 business days. Depending on your location from our from our creative studio in Kansas City.
We're afraid at this time, we are unable to support orders from abroad. Feel free to reach out via email if you feel your order may merit an exception.
We gladly support like kind exchanges, provided the item is in its original condition.
If you would like to inquire about an item exchange, please reach out via our email or fill out the contact us form at the bottom of the page to arrange the exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the correct item.
We commit to shipping out every order within 24 hours of when the order was placed.
You'll find your order tracking information within the shipping confirmation email sent to you around that time.
If you don't find our confirmation email, keep in mind to check the spam folder and move the email into your primarily mailbox to avoid missing any further updates.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Provided your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order mid shipment, we will gladly assist with an order return and refund as usual after you receive the order.
If you receive your order damaged through the mail, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please take photos and document how your order was received and damaged.
When contacting us, please provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with the photos. We will promptly arrange for a replacement, a return, or refund as quickly as possible.
